Return Policy

Big Scary gladly accepts returns within 15 days of your shipment delivery date.

If you would like to initiate a return, please email us with your return information and your 4 digit order number at info@bigscaryshop.com to get your return started.

Please do not ship anything back without reaching out to us first and getting a confirmation.


All Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for Returns, Exchanges or Refunds.



RETURN INFORMATION


All returns are subject to the following rules:

  • Returned products must be shipped within 15 days from when the order was delivered.
  • Products must be unworn and unused and must still have any tags on it. All products must be returned in the original packaging. 
  • Shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable.
  • Return labels are not provided by Big Scary Shop unless fulfilling a product warranty (your product showed up damaged or you received the wrong product).
  • If emailing about a product malfunction, please include a photo or video, reason for the malfunction, and order number.
  • Any product that is returned, and doesn’t fit these standards, will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.
  • All Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the original payment method.

 

* Please note, we do not take any responsibility for lost, missing or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the original order address. No refunds/ returns will be accepted for lost, stolen or missing packages.
